DO NOT BUY FROM!!!!
I feel like I have been robbed. I used this company as they are a big brand so I thought it would be safe, I was wrong. I bought my products 2nd January and I have not revived them. It is now 26th January. I have called them 3 times and sent emails. Each time they apologise and say they will send my details off to someone who can help me. (They have hired another company to talk to their customers, this company cannot see any orders or help the customers at all) It has been over 3 weeks and no one has reached out to contact me. I have no contact with anyone from Durex what so ever. I have no idea where my parcel is or my money.

My order was supposed to be delivered in 1-2 business days and when this did not happen, I dropped them a couple of emails enquiring about it.
I got a reply only after 15 days of placing order that it has been cancelled and as a compensation to they wanted to give a 20 percent off coupon.
When their website often has promotions with 25-50 percent discounts so what would one do with their compensation for order cancellation.
I would say this is highly unreliable company with 0 sense of customer support.

Very bad customer experience. Item sent to wrong address and support emails being ignored for over 3 weeks. No reply what so ever.

USELESS, AVOID THIS SELLER

UPDATE: In the meantime, got 2x (only bought 1) items on the correct address. Never got a response from support but looks like someone reads it...

I placed an order nearly two months ago now and one of the items I received was completely wrong. When I contacted the customer service team to notify them of this, they said to email with pictures so that they could send me the correct items, which I did. Since then, almost 6 weeks has past, I have sent multiple emails with no response. Really unhappy with their customer service and carelessness to send me the wrong item in the first place. I won’t be a returning customer.

I do not advise anyone to use the ring of this company or others, as it causes very large infections, beware!

Not timely refreshed website hinting with stock that is actually out of stock, delivery promise of 1-2 days leading up to a week delivery and tracking numbers that don’t work at all.

Really poor customer service. Wrong items sent out and 3 weeks in and still no resolution. It's a very bad service for a brand website. It looks like Durex has outsourced it to another company.

Not free returns very misleading as no information on website that consumers pay for returns!! Rubbish customer service as they won’t cancel my order which hasn’t even been dispatched!

Need Smaller Sizes.
I thought you used to do smaller sizes in ribbed?
I was upset to see I couldn't find the correct size on the shelf in my local Savers. I went for the next size up, xxs. I was unable to get maximum pleasure for the 3 minutes I lasted. Overall quality I was happy with. However, please can you get more stock out to hit the shelves. Much appreciated.

Used the normal plain lubricant. Makes me soft and not hard. It used to work your lubricant now something has changed. And I’ve checked it definitely isn’t me!! Pissed off can’t give my partner any

Really bad customer service. When I wanted to speak to the manager my order was canceled.

Long story short, he was wearing one he uno when he went to check it, the whole condom rippeddd in half, and there was nothing in it, so it was a very long and stressful day, had to end up getting the pill, part of the 1%???

If I could give Durex 0 stars I would.
Good product but the worst customer service I’ve ever come across!
Sent package out address wrong, would do nothing to rectify the situation basically told me it was my problem and needed to sort it myself. Then after sending a complaint heard absolutely nothing back. Terrible company to deal with.

Checked out on some items that I didn’t add in to my basket so somewhere along the line there was glitch or durex trying to make you buy stuff you don’t want. Immediately emailed once I realised the issue to cancel (I emailed within 1 hour of ordering). Had a reply next day sorry your order is dispatched so I can’t cancel it. It didn’t dispatch for another 3 days after ?. Now trying to return the items and haven’t had a response for 5 days, absolutely unacceptable all I want to do is return my items it’s not rocket science.
